This week was super great! Today marks the 14th month mark so that's crazy.  I'm still in my area, Palermo, and I'm now with Elder Bustos!! We came here to Argentina together so we've been friends for over a year now, and we had always joked about being companions! Hes from Madrid, Spain and everyone makes fun of or loves his accent ahah its about 50 50. This week I almost burnt my eyebrows off turning on our water heater, but they just got a little singed so we good haha We are pretty hopeful for this transfer and for the miracles we are seeing daily with the people we teach. Sabrina and her friends said they want to serve missions and that took us by surprise! I hope they decide to do it to so they can bless the lives of others and their own lives too. We are going to start fasting for the people we teach, with the faith that we will see miracles in their lives. The truth is that I have a testimony of fasting, but it can always be strengthened. In my house i may

We got our transfers yesterday and Elder Ruiz left to go to Jujuy. It was honestly such a great transfer with him and he taught me so many things. He's going to be missed and hopefully I know how to lead the Zone good enough because i only had 6 weeks to learn haha. My new companion is Elder Bustos! Hes from Spain and we got here to Argentina at the same time! were good friends already this transfer is going to be super great. This week we went to Cafayate! its one of the most beautiful parts of our mission and looks a lot like Moab Utah. There's a small town in the middle of the mountains and we went to go and help the Elders who are there. I don't have a lot of time, but one of the small miracles I saw this week was to see the Montenegro family in church on Sunday. For me in was something so simple but meant so much thinking about their potential as an eternal family. This Gospel changes lives and its amazing to see it in action every day. Hope everyone has a great wee

This was a good week and were seeing so many great things happening. Some days are cold and then by mid day its hot, and then in the afternoon its super cold again...fun stuff haha. Our soccer activities are bringing us lots of new people to teach were pretty good friends with the guys we play with. Lets talk about some blessings we've seen. On Tuesday I was on splits with Elder Macaulley in Ciudad de Milagros and Elder Slavens was with my comp and they went to visit Cecilia. It turns out when they were talking with her she put her own date to get baptized. Shes passing through some hard times right now but she asked us to send a scripture to rea

Bring Souls to Christ -Aug 5th

Que Onda! Things are going well here in Salta, and Elder Ruiz and I are having a geat time. We play soccer a ton with the church members and people we teach but more importanlty I am seeing the power Christ has to change lives. This week we had a meeting for the Leaders of the mission, and Presidnet asked us what our vision was as a mission. Everyone gave some good answers but it turned out to be a lot more simple than we thought. It is to bring souls to Jesus Christ. Ive seen the hand of God in so many ways. Sometimes we wait to have a huge miracle or to have recieve a "sign" but more than anything Ive come to learn that God works in simple ways. He cares and is aware of all his chilrdren. How great that I can be an instrument in his hands to bless the lives of others. FOTOS 1.didnt take any pics so hers some from last week 2. streets of salta
